Growing Your Practice
Generating and Attracting More Clients
'Keith's mentorship has been an essential ingredient in the growth of my Shiatsu practice. Through our sessions I've worked through self-doubt, relational themes and other barriers in life and with my Shiatsu clients. Keith has also helped me to refine the true essence of my Shiatsu, and as a wonderful result my business has started to flourish'. Rachel
It is no accident that you are a shiatsu practitioner. Something seeded in your soul, an inner longing aligned with your innate gifts and talents, has brought you this far.
I am here to support you in generating the number of clients you want, and in shaping the kind of practice you would like.
Through four decades of working as a practitioner, teacher and therapist, I can support you in gaining clarity and finding a new path—one that releases limiting beliefs and habitual strategies that no longer serve you. Together we can explore what support you need to move toward your dream. A successful practice requires connection to both inner and outer resources that nourish, sustain and inspire us.
Change is far more likely within a therapeutic relationship that supports the fulfilment of your desires and dreams than through your own efforts alone. We are often blind to what blocks us, and even when we see it, awareness alone is not enough. It is within relationship that movement and healing occur.
It is important to reflect on the the size of practice you want. How many clients do you want each week or month? What do you want to charge? These questions often touch on self-worth, deservingness and self-belief.
This can trigger avoidance, procrastination and self-sabotage which, when unattended, can rob us of what is possible.
Even with clarity, your goals may feel out of reach. You may put in effort without seeing results and feel frustrated, despondent or stuck, leading to a sense of powerlessness.
Success is often shaped by both internal and external factors. While circumstances matter, it is common to overemphasise them and overlook deeper influences. Self-limiting beliefs can act as powerful counterforces to our conscious desires. At times, we may unconsciously hold onto patterns that work against what we say we want.
Creating change includes how you resource yourself to give the best chance of achieving your desired outcomes.
Our work together is transformational, addressing the unconscious patterns that undermine your intentions. As you engage with these areas through relational support, energy is freed, new possibilities emerge, and you reconnect with your innate creativity. You begin to feel more resourced, inspired and self-assured. Aligning with your purpose as a healer becomes a source of deep fulfilment and joy.
